Hi. A brief check-in this morning. I had an interesting walk down our dirt road today. Heard a sonic boom, spoke to a trapper checking his traps (for fox and coyote, none found today), talked to a neighbor who showed me 5 of 15 home-built canoes and guideboats, saw a 5 or 6 point buck, and watched an excavator pushing a loaded dump truck up a steep driveway.
All before noon. You never know…
